SHIPPING POLICY
At Rhege, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
UNITED STATES
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95.
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $150.
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Miami, Florida.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping options are available at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and require additional processing time.
Estimated dispatch timeframe: 7–21 days.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@rhege.com.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Rhege is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
If you believe your package has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@rhege.com and we will do our best to assist.
IMPORTANT
