At Rhege, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Items purchased on sale collection or during promotional events are eligible for store credit or a size exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or prepaid label cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for the exchange shipment cost.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rhege.com and include photos of the issue.

All damaged items purchased from the sale collection can only be resent free of charge or issued as store credit.

Lost/Stolen Orders:

Rhege is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns are inspected within 1–2 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Approved refunds, store credits, and exchanges are processed after inspection.
